Vendors

The race course will be set on Thursday afternoon, testing will occur throughout the day on Friday and the race schedule will begin at 10:00 AM. on Saturday and Sunday.

Vendors Set Up will be advanced one day this year to Thursday, August 21st in order to accommodate the revised schedule. The Race Committee will attempt to accommodate Vendors' Needs, but will give preferential status to those Vendors who will adhere to the new Thursday Set Up Time. Vendors are welcome to operate during the Friday testing schedule at Their Discretion.

1.   The privilege fee for the three-day event will be $450.00 per vendor, per stand.
Additional stands/fees will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
2.   One-half of the privilege fee and proof of insurance is due by May 10, 2008. The other one-half of the privilege fee will be collected between 2:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 23, 2008.
 
3.   A maximum of 10 food vendors will be located along Lake Shore Drive.
 
4.   In order to avoid duplication of products, vendors will be limited by the terms of their individual contracts as to the products that they may offer for sale.

Vendors who participated in last year's event are given first option to renew their privilege. New vendors must submit a photograph of their trailer with concession contract. No deposit checks will be cashed until the vendor's participation is approved by the concession chairman.

If you would like to participate in this year's event, please execute the concession contract and return along with a check or money order made payable to "Celina Governors Cup Regatta, Inc." in the amount of $225.00 and proof of insurance to:

The Race Committee is pleased to announce that Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers of Lima, Inc., via Whitman Corporation, has agreed to participate as a major sponsor for the Celina Governors Cup Regatta. Pepsi will be the exclusive provider of non-alcoholic drinks and bottled water, except hot brewed coffee, hot brewed tea and milk.


Rules and Regulations

1. Concessions will be open Saturday 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M., and Sunday 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. Any other hours by choice of each concession.
2. Electricity of 110 V or 220V will be provided, but you will need to provide the extension cords with appropriate plugs to the power pole. All Il0V plugs must be with a ground. All 220V hook-ups have 50 amp, 3-wire range plug configuration.
3. Water is available on a limited basis. Please advise. (You must supply food grade water hose from your stand to the faucet.)
 
4. All Professional Concessions Vendors must furnish a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $300,000.00. This must be returned with the contract.
5. Stand and surrounding area must be kept neat and clean during the show. Please clean-up after the show. Place trash in plastic bags and deposit in or by trash cans.
6. Location to be assigned by Concession Committee, on Lake Shore Drive by the bridge to the boat docks.
7. Set-up will be Thursday, August 21, 2008, Noon until 9:00 P.M. All stands must be open by 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24,2008.
8. NO VEHICLES may be driven on the race site after 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, or 9:00 A.M. on Sunday. The race site is to be clear of all vehicles during all scheduled activities. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE ALL YOUR SUPPLIES DROPPED OFF BEFORE THESE HOURS OR AFTER CLOSING HOURS.
9. The Celina Governors Cup Regatta, Inc. assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to Lessee's property.
10. Each stand is required to provide a fire extinguisher with current inspection date.
11. All licenses and permits required by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and/or Mercer County Health Department are the sole responsibility of the concession/vendor. All laws and regulations issued by those agencies must be obeyed.
12. Celina Governors Cup Regatta, Inc. has the authority at any given time to remove any exhibitor from the grounds for violating any of the contract rules and regulations.
13. Other situations which may arise will be handled as seen fit by the Concession Chairman.       Committee Decisions are Final.
